in the manual, on/off and control
valve market are looking for a Manager
Internal Sales to take responsibility
for the internal sales team reporting
to the Johannesburg Branch Manager.
Responsibilities include, managing
internal sales team, processing enquiries
for external sales team, supporting
contractors and end users, completing
tenders, stores & stock management
along with other management functions.
Successful candidate will
:
- have a min. of
5 years experience managing internal
sales teams in a mechanical / instrumentation
environment
- have a min. of
5 years experience on manual, on/off
and control valves
- have extensive
experience handling tenders for
contractors like Fluor, Foster Wheeler,
Uhde etc.
- have a proven
sales track record in the chemical
industry, mineral separation industry
as well as with Johannesburg contract
houses
- have extensive
computer experience with MS Word
2007, MS Excell 2007, MS Outlook
2007, MS Projects 2007
- have experience
working with Syspro Software

FINANCIAL MANAGER - DURBAN

Valve & Control Solutions”
are looking for a Financial Manager
to take responsibility for total
financial management reporting to
the MD. Interviews will be conducted
with MD and company auditors.
Including in the
overall management will be
-
managing of 4
staff members
-
reporting to
MD on all financial issues
-
setting up of
and monitoring of financial budgets
-
controlling costs
-
monthly management
accounts
-
cash flow forecasting
-
credit applications
-
foreign exchange
-
bank guarantees
and bonds
-
letters of credit
-
liaising with
Standard Bank on overall financial
management
Successful candidate will :
-
Have a B.Compt
preferably with Honours
-
Have completed
their articles and had them signed
off and returned to the SA Institute
of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Copies will be required before
meeting with the candidate.

Have a minimum
3 to 5 years post articles experience
in the manufacturing industry.

Have experience
with costing of imported inventory
and IFRS adjustments for hedge
accounting and FEC contracts.

TECHNICAL VALVE SALES SPECIALIST - DURBAN
We are looking for a technical sales person to join our successful national sales team,
Successful person will :
- have a min. of 3 years technical sales experience preferably on valves, instrumentation or other flow related equipment
|
- have completed a recognised mechanical or instrument apprenticeship and be able to solve problems for key clients
|
- have an proven track sales record and established client base with major chemical, sugar, pulp & paper industries in and around the Durban area
|
- have good experience using MS Office suite 2007 including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
|
- want a career in sales and live in Durban
