The Richter LPV is a low pressure safety valve with a thick walled PFA/PTFE lining that is certified for use on vapors, gases and liquids. It is ideal for corrosive media where metallic materials cannot attain an adequate service life on special materials result in high capital outlay.
The LPV series offers plant operators major advantages. The set pressure can be adapted to suit subsequent changes in operating parameters by the addition/removal of weights. The LPV is gas and liquid-tight to DIN EN 12266-1, bubble-tight. Compromise solutions, e.g. ball check valves, are no longer necessary.
The thick walled pure PFA and PTFE fluoropolymer lining provides universal corrosion resistance and is anchored to the body making it vacuum resistant. The external corrosion protection is epoxy coating and stainless steel fasteners.
