The Richter MNK heavy duty sealless magnetic drive pumps are fully lined and have proven themselves in the harshest applications in the chemical process industry. They offer outstanding performance on corrosive, hazardous and pure media. The thick walled PTFE, PFA PFA-L and PE-UHMW lining is anchored to the armouring and is vacuum resistant absorbing system pressure and pipe forces eliminating the need for expansion joints.

The Richter MNK series is rated

• for medium to most difficult conditions for media where stainless steel, iron silicon alloy and others do not have sufficient corrosion resistance.
• as an alternative to pumps made of expensive exotic metals (Hastelloy®, Monel, tantalum etc.)
• for solids-laden, crystallising, toxic, hot or otherwise critical media.

The Virgin unfilled linings need no fillers, which make them considerably easier and more reliable when it comes to quality control. In addition, there is no reduction in the permeation resistance making it suitable for media where no contamination is permitted. The MNK is designed for reliability and simplicity even in the harshest chemical environment.
