The Stafsjö D2G knife gate valve for rejects is a bi-directional tight valve with full bore. The valve is equipped with two hard chromed gates that work towards each other in the bore, which ensures an extremely fast operation. This shut-off performance along with its superior flow characteristics makes it ideal for contaminated media or rejects handling. The valve should be mounted only in a vertical pipe line.

The D2G valve is supplied in stainless steel with hard chromed gates to increase the wear resistance and extend the valve service life. The valve is also supplied with the globally proven retainer ring system on both side of the gate, which protects the PTFE seat during service and making extremely easy to maintain. As standard it is supplied with two double-acting pneumatic cylinders including quick exhaust valves.
