APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Mr. Ashley Naidoo CA (SA) (SAIT) as an independent Non-Executive Director to the board of Valve & Automation (Pty) Ltd, effective 12 December 2024.
Ashley joined V&A in 2016 and has extensive experience in senior financial management roles across a diverse range of corporate and medium-sized companies and industries.
