The Cashco 3100 Pressure Vacuum Valve is designed to protect atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks by providing precise pressure and vacuum relief. When tank pressure rises due to product movement or thermal expansion, the vent opens to release vapour. When internal pressure drops, it allows air in to prevent tank collapse.
An air-cushioned seating system ensures tight sealing to minimize vapour emissions and prevent product loss, reducing both environmental risk and unnecessary waste. Each unit is tested and certified to API 2000, giving operators confidence that tanks remain within safe limits under all process conditions.
The 3100’s modular design allows easy configuration for pressure-only, vacuum-only or combined service, simplifying specification and maintenance.
