The Cashco 1078 Tank Blanketing Valve is a pilot-operated Vacu-Gard® system designed to maintain a stable nitrogen blanket pressure on low-pressure storage tanks. By opening and closing automatically as required, it ensures precise pressure control and minimizes vapour emissions in accordance with API 2000.

Engineers value the top-entry design that allows complete internal access without removing the valve from the tank, reducing downtime during maintenance. Its pressure-balanced pilot keeps the set point steady even when supply pressure fluctuates — maintaining reliability and process safety.
